Divide your paper into three sections
Look through your reading text and decide what essential learning targets would be for your grade level for reading
Place learning targets in first column
In second column discuss what assessment you would use to see if students are mastering learning targets
In the last column write down best practices or interventions you would use if a child had a learning deficit in those targets
